MUST be a Registered Nurse (RN in IA) and have held a clinical leadership role in a post-acute or long-term care setting with a track record of success and stable tenure.

This property is highly rated with recent top results in their State Survey and 5-star rating for staffing. 

Multiple nurse leaders in the community share On-Call duties, so as DON you won't be saddled with ALL that responsibility all the time.

Great pay scale, between $93K and $126K with the upper end being reserved for those who have a track record of success and stable tenure in their previous DON jobs.
