What You’ll Do

Provide clinical and operational leadership for the skilled nursing unit

Build cohesion between acute care and post-acute nursing teams

Mentor and develop nursing staff at all levels

Ensure regulatory compliance and clinical excellence

What We’re Looking For

Current RN license (Minnesota or eligible)

Prior Director of Nursing or nurse leadership experience

Skilled nursing or post-acute experience required

Strong team-building and communication skills

A leader who brings fresh ideas, steady presence, and positive momentum

Ability to unite teams and strengthen collaboration across departments
