What You’ll Do

  • Provide clinical and operational leadership for the skilled nursing unit

What We’re Looking For

  • Current RN license (Minnesota or eligible)

  • Prior Director of Nursing or nurse leadership experience

  • Skilled nursing or post-acute experience required

  • Strong team-building and communication skills

  • A leader who brings fresh ideas, steady presence, and positive momentum

  • Ability to unite teams and strengthen collaboration across departments
