Incredible opportunity for an up & coming nurse leader to join an exceptional post-acute/ long-term care team at a high-performing Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) on the south side of the greater Des Moines, Iowa area as their new Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

The client prefers to hire a Registered Nurse (RN in Iowa) for the position, BUT if you're a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN in Iowa) with a strong background in clinical leadership at a SNF or CCRC community, this may be still an opportunity for you!

An important note for those who would be advancing into the ADON role; this job has On-Call duties as a required piece of the role. You will share the responsibility with other clinical leaders in the team, but you will take Call at least once every 3 weeks. 

The pay range is strong, but variable for RN versus LPN candidates.

  • RN pay range = $80K to $102K
  • LPN pay range = $68K to $85K
NOTE: the top end for both ranges is reserved for those who have excellent clinical manager experience in Skilled Nursing Facility settings with stable tenure and a track record of success.
