Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in Massachusetts
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Resident Care Director in a senior living setting
- Memory Care experience required
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership capabilities
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
