Wellness Director – Assisted Living & Memory Care | Austin, TX

LeaderStat is recruiting for a provider that is one of the fastest-growing senior living operators in the country — expanding dramatically in the last year — and we're looking for an experienced Wellness Director (LVN) to lead clinical operations at their Assisted Living and Memory Care community on the North side of Austin, Texas. This is a Type B licensed assisted living community.  Joining this talented team in a community primed for growth, this is a rare opportunity to make a real impact and grow alongside a company that's moving fast.

What You'll Do

As Wellness Director, you will oversee all aspects of clinical care and wellness programming for our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents. You'll lead a dedicated nursing and care team, ensure regulatory compliance in a higher-acuity Type B environment, and serve as a key driver of resident satisfaction and census growth. On-call availability is expected as part of this leadership role.

What We're Looking For

  • Active LVN license in Texas — required
  • Proven management experience in Assisted Living — this is a must
  • Solid, stable tenure in previous roles
  • Tech-savvy, organized, and a natural leader
  • Comfortable working in a higher-acuity senior living environment
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented culture

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 depending on experience
  • Quarterly Bonus: Up to 16% of base salary
