Position: Wellness Director (RN or LPN)

As the Wellness Director, you will oversee the clinical operations of the community, leading a dedicated care team to deliver exceptional service and health outcomes. You’ll serve as a trusted resource for residents and families while cultivating a positive, collaborative workplace for staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the nursing and caregiving team

  • Ensure high-quality clinical care and regulatory compliance

  • Partner with families and physicians to support resident wellness

  • Foster a culture of compassion, accountability, and teamwork

  • Promote a safe, engaging environment where residents can thrive

What We’re Looking For

  • Current RN or LPN license in Kentucky

  • Leadership experience in senior living (Assisted Living and/or Memory Care)

  • A compassionate, resident-centered approach

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • A collaborative leader who motivates and inspires others

  • Genuine passion for serving seniors and their families
