Gorgeous Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC, Life Plan Community) in the suburbs just South of Seattle, Washington seeks experience clinical leader (Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse) for their Health & Wellness Director job overseeing care provided for their residents who receive Assisted Living and Memory Care support.

This is a leadership role, directly involved in hiring, training, mentoring and disciplining staff as needed in the department. The owner/ operator organization is one of the top not-for-profit providers of Senior Healthcare and Housing in the country. The campus boasts scenic views all around, overlooking both water and snowcapped peaks.

Ideal candidates will bring:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification in Washington State
  • Clinical leadership experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or CCRC settings
  • Track record of success in regulatory compliance, staff retention, mentoring and educating teams, resident satisfaction, etc.
  • Stable tenure in previous jobs
  • Desire to share in the lives of senior residents and their loved ones
