We’re partnering with a well-established Life Plan / CCRC community in the Kansas City area seeking a dynamic Director of Nursing to lead their Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide clinical and operational leadership for Assisted Living & Memory Care

  • Drive census growth through quality outcomes, reputation, and team engagement

  • Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing nursing team

  • Ensure survey readiness and maintain regulatory compliance at all times

  • Foster a positive, accountable, and resident-centered culture

  • Collaborate with Executive Leadership on strategic initiatives and performance goals

What We’re Looking For

  • RN preferred (strong, experienced LPNs will be considered)

  • Proven leadership experience in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care

  • Strong track record of survey success and regulatory expertise

  • Demonstrated success with census growth and team building

  • High energy, hands-on leadership style with excellent communication skills

  • History of stability and tenure in previous roles
