What We’re Looking For:

• Active RN license in Illinois

• Proven leadership experience in a skilled nursing setting

• Strong survey knowledge and regulatory understanding

• A hands-on, team-first approach to management

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and guide the nursing program, ensuring top-notch resident care

• Develop, coach, and support the nursing staff

• Foster communication between residents, families, and physicians

• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations

• Participate in care planning and budget development

• Partner closely with the Administrator to achieve operational success
