What You’ll Do:

  • Provide clinical and operational leadership for the skilled nursing neighborhood

  • Build strong, trusting relationships with residents, families, and staff

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated nursing team with a focus on staff engagement and retention

  • Stabilize and strengthen staffing through consistent leadership, coaching, and presence

  • Oversee wound care management, ensuring best practices and positive outcomes

  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while maintaining survey readiness

  • Promote a faith-aligned culture grounded in compassion, accountability, and excellence

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong, visible leadership skills with the ability to inspire trust and confidence

  • Demonstrated success in improving or stabilizing staff retention

  • Proven experience in skilled nursing or long-term care leadership

  • Solid clinical judgment and commitment to quality outcomes

  • Genuine ability to connect with residents and staff on a personal level

  • Alignment with the values of a faith-based, mission-driven organization

  • Current RN license in the State of Ohio (BSN preferred)
