A hospital-affiliated Skilled Nursing Facility is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (RN) to lead our nursing team and oversee clinical operations in St. Ignace, MI. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, staff leadership, and collaboration with hospital services to support seamless patient transitions.
Requirements

Active RN license in Michigan

Leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care (open to DON, ADON, or Unit Manager experience in skilled nursing)
