We are seeking an accomplished Assisted Living Director of Nursing to lead daily clinical operations, inspire staff excellence, and ensure residents receive exceptional care and hospitality. Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will be:
  • An experienced senior living Director of Nursing (Assisted Living and Memory Care) - must be a licensed RN or LPN in Michigan
  • Knowledgeable in state regulations and best-practice operational standards
  • A collaborative, visible leader who develops teams
  • Emotionally intelligent, communicative, and highly accountable
  • Comfortable operating within a faith-based or values-driven nonprofit setting
Experience in a Jewish service environment is beneficial but not required; respect for cultural and religious traditions is essential.
