Highgrove at Tates Creek, a well-established senior living community in Lexington, is seeking a Community Relations Director to lead sales and drive occupancy growth.

This is a great opportunity for a senior living sales professional who enjoys networking, building referral relationships, and helping families navigate the transition into senior living. You’ll work with a supportive leadership team and represent a community known for its warm culture and quality care.

What You’ll Do

• Drive occupancy through relationship-based sales and outreach
• Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to move-in
• Conduct tours and guide families through the decision process
• Build referral partnerships with hospitals, physicians, rehab centers, and home health providers
• Represent the community at local networking and marketing events
• Track leads and follow-ups using CRM tools

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of senior living sales experience (AL/IL/MC preferred)
• Proven success with lead conversion and occupancy growth
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing a sales pipeline
• Passion for serving seniors and their families
