  • Provide full operational leadership for the community
  • Drive occupancy growth, financial performance, and NOI
  • Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing team

What You'll Bring 

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Director in senior living
    (Independent Living, Assisted Living, or Memory Care)
  • Track record of improving occupancy and operational outcomes
  • Hands-on leadership style with strong team-building skills
  • Stable work history with measurable impact
  • Passion for serving seniors and leading people
