Excellent opportunity for an up & coming Registered Nurse (RN) in the Columbia, South Carolina area to advance into leadership as Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) with 5-stars for Staffing and 4-stars for Quality Measures on the CMS website.

If you're an Registered Nurse in South Carolina (RN in SC) who has worked in a supervisory clinical role within a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care facility setting and you're ready to advance and make a powerful impact on the lives of seniors, this is the job for you!

What you'll do:

  • Partner effectively with Director of Nursing to supervise, mentor and lead the nursing and care team 

  • Provide Clinical Supervision for all residents

  • Provide In-service coordination to meet the educational needs of staff in all departments

  • Oversee wound care and infection control monitoring

  • Daily facility rounds in which you'll develop bonds with residents and their loved ones 


What you'll bring to this:

  • RN in South Carolina or Compact

  • Desire to support the healthcare needs of seniors

  • Enthusiasm for leadership 

  • High level of personal responsibility and follow-through

  • Detail orientation

  • Excellent communication skills with people of all walks of life

  • Previous background in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting


What you'll earn:

  • Salary ranges from $89,440 to $108,160, [$43 hour to 52 hour], with the high end being reserved for those prior experience in a SNF ADON job with stable tenure and a track record of success.
