Our client, a well-respected skilled nursing provider in Iowa, is looking for a dynamic Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join their team at a beautiful SNF located near Red Rock Dam (SE of Des Moines).

If you’re a motivated nurse with supervisory experience in a skilled nursing setting and a passion for serving seniors, this opportunity offers stability, strong support, and real advancement potential.

What We’re Looking For

  • RN or LPN (Iowa-licensed)

  • 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a skilled nursing facility

  • A leader with urgency, compassion, and a commitment to high-quality resident care

Compensation

For RN Candidates:

  • $80,000 – $124,000 depending on experience and tenure

For LPN Candidates:

  • $62,000 – $92,000 depending on experience and tenure
