Position: Wellness Director (RN or LPN)
As the Wellness Director, you will lead our care team in delivering outstanding service and clinical excellence. You'll play a critical role in maintaining residents' well-being, supporting families, and fostering a positive, collaborative team environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- A current RN or LPN license in Kentucky
- Nursing leadership experience in senior living (assisted living/memory care)
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care
- A team player who uplifts others and leads by example
- A positive attitude and strong communication skills
