Your Impact:

• Lead and mentor a talented team of nurses and caregivers

• Oversee resident assessments, care planning, and documentation

• Partner with leadership and pharmacy consultants to deliver excellent health outcomes

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local clinical regulations

• Communicate effectively with residents and families to provide compassionate, personalized care

• Manage clinical schedules and maintain adequate supplies

• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed RN or LPN in good standing in Washington (or ability to obtain licensure)

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience

• Minimum 2 years of geriatric nursing experience (assisted living, home health, or long-term care preferred)

• A confident leader with strong assessment, triage, and mentoring skills
