Ideal candidates will bring:
- Long-term tenure in prior jobs
- Experience as an Executive Director in an RCFE setting supporting seniors who are Independent, or who receive Assistance with ADLs or who require Memory Care
- RCFE license in Washington State
- Interest in the Renton/ Tukwila, WA area
- Track record of success in survey results, developing strong occupancy, team building & staff retention, etc.
