Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of the community

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Director or similar leadership role in senior living

  • Strong background in Independent Living or Hospitality environments

  • Proven ability to manage operations, budgets, and team performance

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
