We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Director to join our high-end senior living community in Glastonbury, CT, offering both Assisted Living and Memory Care. About the Role

This is a 100% internal sales position focused on guiding prospective residents and their families through one of life’s most important decisions—choosing a new home that meets their care, comfort, and lifestyle needs.

You will be the face of our community, responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified prospects

  • Conducting tours and personalized consultations

  • Nurturing leads through the decision-making journey

  • Supporting families in navigating senior living options

  • Meeting and exceeding occupancy goals through strategic outreach and follow-up

  • Collaborating closely with the Executive Director and care teams to ensure a seamless move-in process

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a proven senior living sales professional who combines compassion with drive, and relationship-building with results.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in senior living sales (Assisted Living and/or Memory Care)

  • Documented history of achieving or exceeding sales KPIs

  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills

  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills

  • Professionalism, empathy, and a genuine passion for serving seniors

  • Stable work history with demonstrated tenure and success
