About the Opportunity

As the Community Relations Director, you’ll serve as the face of Red Cedar Lodge — connecting families, referral partners, and the greater Lansing community to a place residents are proud to call home.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing an effective marketing and sales strategy to drive occupancy and brand awareness

  • Building strong, trusting relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral sources

  • Managing leads and move-ins through the CRM system to ensure a seamless experience

  • Collaborating with the Executive Director and leadership team to deliver an exceptional customer experience

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of successful sales or marketing experience in high end senior living (Independent, Assisted, or Memory Care)

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • A heart for seniors and a genuine passion for customer service
