A skilled nursing facility in the Pittsburgh area is seeking an experienced RN MDS Nurse (RNAC) to join its team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a facility that has recently transitioned to new management and is building a strong, collaborative leadership team.
The building is coming off a successful annual state survey, offers a supportive clinical team, and maintains good staffing levels, allowing you to focus on MDS and care planning. With strong corporate support and a commitment to quality, this role provides excellent growth potential within the organization.

- Hybrid schedule: 3 days remote / 2 days onsite

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania
- RAC-CT certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of MDS experience
