LeaderStat is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader for a Physician - Hematology Oncology in Colorado Springs, CO. This leader is responsible for guiding the hospital’s strategic direction, ensuring high-quality patient care, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, leadership, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Board Eligible (within 5 years) or Board Certified in Hematology and Medical Oncology
- Colorado Medical License (must obtain prior start)
- DEA License
- Willingness to provide rural outreach (Lamar & Trinidad ~6 days/month)
- DEA (must be obtained prior to start) *no exemptions
Salary Range: $489,000 - $543,000
