Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Hematology
- Board Certified in Medical Oncology
- Completion of Hematology/Oncology Fellowship
- Michigan Medical License (or willing to obtain)
- DEA Certification
- ACLS Certification
- PALS Certification
- Clean Malpractice and Licensing History
- Candidates must be experienced physicians (new graduates not accepted)
- Visa support: H1B only
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) *no exemption
Salary Range: $500,000 - $550,000
