The successful candidate will be a visible, approachable, and trustworthy leader with excellent listening and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with residents, families, and staff across all departments on campus.

Key Qualifications

  • Active Maryland Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in good standing

  • 3+ years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or Assistant NHA in a SNF setting

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with all departments, with a strong focus on quality outcomes

  • Excellent customer service skills; comfortable interacting with residents, families, and staff at all levels

  • Impressive tenure with previous employers demonstrating stability and commitment

  • Documented, measurable accomplishments in leadership, quality, and operational performance

  • Solid business acumen, including financial and operational oversight
