Licensed Nursing Home Administrator - Ebensburg, PA

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead daily operations of our skilled nursing facility in Ebensburg, PA. This role is responsible for regulatory compliance, financial performance, staff leadership, and ensuring high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all facility operations, including clinical, financial, and administrative functions

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines

  • Lead department heads and promote a culture of accountability and excellence

Qualifications

  • Active Nursing Home Administrator license in Pennsylvania
