What You’ll Bring
Active Alabama Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license
Five or more years of leadership experience in long-term care preferred
Proven ability to build and retain strong teams
Strong customer service mindset with hands-on leadership style
Solid understanding of clinical oversight, regulatory compliance, and operations
