Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) south of Seattle, Washington, between Federal Way and Renton, WA, seeks experienced RN leader for their Director of Nursing job. Background in serving the behavioral needs of seniors is an important qualification for success in this role, as the community serves the needs of residents who require mental health support.

Ideal candidates will bring:
  • Registered Nurse license in Washington State (RN in WA) or Compact State RN license
  • Prior experience leading a clinical team in Skilled Nursing Facility, Long-Term Care Facility, SNF, LTC, or post-acute Behavioral setting
  • Stable tenure in previous jobs (2-5 years per job or better)
  • Track record of success in assuring Clinical Compliance, improving Care Outcomes, and assuring Staff Retention and Resident Satisfaction
  • Interest in living and working in Western Washington between Seattle and Tacoma
  • Strong interest in providing excellent, person-centered care for seniors experiencing behavioral health challenges
  • Encouraging and mentoring clinical leadership style that leans heavily toward transparent and open communication, mentoring, and generally being uplifting to your team
