Position Overview

The Lead RN MDS Coordinator will oversee and coordinate all MDS processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, accuracy, and timely submission. This leader will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to support comprehensive care planning and optimal reimbursement outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted RN license in Pennsylvania

  • Minimum of 2 years of MDS experience

  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience

  • Strong care planning experience

  • RAC-CT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
