Position Overview

The Executive Director is responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day operations of the community, including census growth, team development, financial performance, and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee operations across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care
  • Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and community team members
  • Drive occupancy and revenue through strategic sales and outreach initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with all state regulations and company policies
  • Maintain high standards of resident care, engagement, and service
  • Manage budgets, P&L performance, and operational efficiency
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable culture

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Executive Director experience in senior living
  • Proven success managing IL, AL, and/or Memory Care communities
  • Strong track record of census growth and operational leadership
  • Experience with financial management, budgeting, and P&L oversight
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
