Qualifications:
- RN in Connecticut (active and in good standing)
- At least 2 years of Director of Nursing experience in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting
- Strong clinical skills
- Excellent people skills
- Solid knowledge base of regulations, policies/procedures
- Impressive tenure throughout career
- MSN and CNAA preferred
