LeaderStat has partnered with a faith based, nonprofit skilled nursing provider in Louisville, KY in search of a permanent Director of Nursing. This small and beautiful community is looking for a servant leader to manage the clinical team and provide quality, person-centered care to residents.

Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Kentucky
- Prior leadership experience in a skilled nursing environment (DON or ADON)
- Stable tenure in previous roles
- BSN is ideal
- Strong clinical knowledge and infection control experience
