Our client is a faith-based, not-for-profit skilled nursing facility in Palatine, Illinois, seeking a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) who believes that how we serve is just as important as what we serve.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Lead and support the dietary team with clarity, kindness, and consistency
  • Ensure meals are prepared and served with excellence, safety, and care
  • Partner with nursing and clinical teams to meet individual dietary needs
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards
  • Be present—building relationships with residents and staff in meaningful ways

What You’ll Need

  • Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification
  • CSPP (Certified Food Protection Professional)
  • Experience in healthcare, long-term care, or senior living preferred
  • Strong understanding of food service operations and dietary regulations
  • A leadership style rooted in service and respect
