Luxurious Senior Living community in East Contra Costa County, California seeks professional Business Office Director to manage their accounting, payroll and business office needs. 

Candidates with prior office management experience including A/P, A/R, revenue & payroll, bookkeeping/ accounting skill, will be a great fit for this job. Any familiarity with general Human Resource practices will also have an advantage. MUST be tech savvy! Additional PLUS includes being already familiar with the Senior Living/ Assisted Living industry.

Like many Business Office leadership roles, the responsibilities are vast, but the value of your daily work will be more meaningful because you are serving the needs of seniors in their home. You'll be building relationships with these charming folks and their loved ones daily.

Tasks include: community accounting process with the assistance and support of the HQ accounting department, Month-end close, AP coding/ approvals, paying invoices, set up and management of resident accounts and billing, AR with residents, manage on-boarding of new hires, ensures accurate Payroll, tracks PTO/ Overtime/ Sick leave, etc. Runs key reports for Month End, manages rental increases, Liaison with IT department, etc.

Pay range for this is strong: between $40 and $42 an hour, with the top end being reserved for those with a strong track record of success in a similar role and stable tenure in prior jobs.
