We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing to join our leadership team at a resident-focused Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care facility in Frostburg, MD. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of Nursing in overseeing clinical operations

  • Promote a resident-centered, comprehensive care approach

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes

  • Assist with staff education, development, and clinical oversight

  • Support infection prevention and regulatory compliance efforts

Qualifications

  • Active RN license in the state of Maryland

  • 2+ years of nursing clinical and leadership/educator experience in a SNF/LTC setting

  • Strong clinical nursing skills

  • Collaborative, team-oriented leadership style

  • Infection Control experience preferred

  • Positive, caring, and dedicated approach to nursing and leadership
