Role: Wellness Nurse (RN or LPN)

As Wellness Nurse you'll be partnering closely with the inter-departmental team and providing excellent resident health care.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Offer care to residents daily

  • Assess new residents for appropriate fit

  • Reassess existing residents as care needs evolve

  • Support care staff

  • Communicate effectively with families, providers, and residents

  • Help with scheduling and call-offs

  • Enact resident care plans

  • Stay in compliance with all local, state & federal regulations

  • Prioritize and respond effectively in a dynamic environment

What You’ll Bring

  • Washington RN or LPN license

  • Experience in Senior Living/Assisted Living strongly preferred

  • Supervisory clinical experience ideal

  • Strong communication, professionalism, and compassion

  • Critical thinking skills and the ability to adapt quickly

  • Ability to stay organized amid frequent interruptions

  • Dedication to helping seniors live with dignity, respect & joy

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: $41/ Hour to $47/ Hour (top of range reserved for candidates with strong clinical and industry success)
