RN Unit Manager – Skilled Nursing Facility
We are looking for an exceptional RN Unit Manager to serve as a clinical expert in a skilled nursing facility in Willoughby, Ohio!
Job Duties
- Assist in developing individual care plans
- Act as the main point of contact between residents and their families
- Oversee staff who provide direct patient care, such as Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
- Assists with admission and discharge assessment
- Evaluates, prioritizes and meets the care needs of each resident
Job Requirements/Qualifications
- At least two years of clinical experience as an RN in a long-term care setting
- Two years of nurse management/unit manager experience
- Active RN license in Ohio
- Possess empathy and passion for serving others
- Serve as a leader and a trusted resource to other healthcare team members
