RN Unit Manager – Skilled Nursing Facility

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing individualized resident care plans
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for residents and families
  • Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs providing direct patient care
  • Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident assessments
  • Evaluate, prioritize, and address the clinical needs of residents
  • Promote high standards of quality care and regulatory compliance
  • Serve as a clinical leader and resource for the interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

  • Active RN license in the state of Ohio
  • Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in long-term care/skilled nursing
  • Previous nurse management or Unit Manager experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Compassionate, team-oriented, and resident-centered approach to care
