The job entails standing in as Nursing Home Administrator as needed for less than 8 properties total, most in Illinois plus one in Iowa. Travel distances will vary depending on the needs of individual facilities. Ideally this individual will reside in Illinois so they're able to be close to home during each week of travel.
What you bring:
- Your background must be in Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care Operations.
- You must hold a valid LNHA in one or both state and have strong knowledge of state regulations for SNFs.
- You need to also be gifted at increasing occupancy, developing successful teams, and encouraging positive relationships with facility residents and their loved ones.
