Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Manager will manage and coordinate organization-wide recruitment and retention initiatives to attract and retain top talent across multiple departments. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Human Resources, this individual will serve as a strategic HR partner while leading full-cycle recruitment and the corporate onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee organization-wide recruitment and retention programs
  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment to source, attract, and hire top talent
  • Partner with leadership across multiple departments to fill positions in a timely and effective manner
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the Vice President of Human Resources
  • Lead and manage the corporate onboarding process
  • Develop and maintain effective recruitment strategies and pipelines
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and hiring best practices
  • Support initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and retention

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience within a healthcare setting
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • SHRM or PHR certification preferred
  • Experience with ATS, HRIS, payroll, and word processing systems
