Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Manager will manage and coordinate organization-wide recruitment and retention initiatives to attract and retain top talent across multiple departments. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Human Resources, this individual will serve as a strategic HR partner while leading full-cycle recruitment and the corporate onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee organization-wide recruitment and retention programs
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment to source, attract, and hire top talent
- Partner with leadership across multiple departments to fill positions in a timely and effective manner
- Serve as a strategic partner to the Vice President of Human Resources
- Lead and manage the corporate onboarding process
- Develop and maintain effective recruitment strategies and pipelines
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and hiring best practices
- Support initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and retention
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience within a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- SHRM or PHR certification preferred
- Experience with ATS, HRIS, payroll, and word processing systems
