What You’ll Do
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
- Monitor and report changes in residents' condition
- Support residents' dignity, independence, and quality of life
- Work as part of a caring and supportive healthcare team
What We’re Looking For
- Compassionate and dependable individuals who enjoy caring for others
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous healthcare or senior living experience is a plus
- STNA positions: Current Ohio STNA certification required
- Non-certified Nursing Assistant positions: Certification is not required
