Position Summary:

The Social Worker will provide supportive services to pediatric patients and their families in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting, focusing on emotional, psychosocial, and resource-based needs. You’ll work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to promote the best possible outcomes for our young patients.

Qualifications:

Required:

Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)
Active LSW or LCSW license in the state of New Jersey
Experience in medical social work, particularly in skilled nursing or long-term care
Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
A naturally empathetic, team-oriented, and collaborative approach

Preferred:

Experience with pediatric populations
