What You’ll Bring

  • Active Iowa Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA/NHA)

  • Leadership experience within SNF/LTC and Assisted Living settings

  • Strong track record of success in SNF or CCRC/Life Plan Community environments

  • Stable tenure and a commitment to high-quality care, culture, and operations

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $105,000 – $125,000, based on experience & qualifications
