As a Executive Director here, you will manage all aspects of operations for your senior residents, as well as oversee and manage all of the multi-disciplinary team. The ideal candidate will strike a balance between offering encouraging/ uplifting support, and holding the individuals on the team accountable for meeting standards required by the provider and the regulations from state and federal oversight.
As ED here, you'll build relationships with senior residents and their loved ones. You'll be the face of the community to the public. Each day will bring something new and you will know at the end of the day that your work has made an impact.

- Stable pay in the $110K to $115K range

Ideal candidate will bring:
- Experience leading Senior Living property in New York
- Interest in living in beautiful Upstate New York, at the southern edge of the Adirondack Region
- Previous experience as an operations leader with stable tenure and a track record of success
- Background that includes Assisted Living, Memory Care, Senior Living, SNF or similar
