As a Health & Wellness Director here, you will manage all aspects of healthcare provided to your senior residents, as well as oversee and manage all of the care team. The ideal candidate will strike a balance between offering encouraging/ uplifting support of your team, and holding the individuals on the team accountable for meeting standards of care required by the provider and the regulations from state and federal oversight.
As HWD here, you'll build relationships with senior residents and their loved ones. You'll be an integral part of the lives of everyone in the community. Each day will bring something new and you will know at the end of the day that your work has made an impact.

- Stable pay in the $110K to $120K range

Ideal candidate will bring:
- Licensed Vocational Nurse certification in California (LVN in CA, LPN)
- Interest in living in the beautiful central coast of California, north of Santa Barbara
- Previous experience as a clinical leader with stable tenure and a track record of success
- Background that includes Assisted Living, Memory Care, Senior Living, SNF or similar
