Warm and welcoming Assisted Living & Memory Care community in the greater Reno, Nevada area is seeking a top tier operations leader with a current Residential Facility Administrator (RFA) license for Nevada for their Executive Director/ General Manager job.

Occupancy at this community is high, with talented department heads in place with whom you'll partner. Your priority as you launch in the role will be to develop and build a strong front line crew of staff who will embrace the role of assuring senior residents are well cared for and remain engaged in daily living.

Ideal candidate will enjoy:
  • Earning strong base pay in the $128K to $135K range with the top end being reserved for those with stable tenure in previous Memory Care ED or Assisted Living ED roles and a measurable track record of success
  • Receiving a sign-on bonus at the 90-day mark which could be used to reimburse the cost of relocation for anyone moving into the Reno area
  • Building the success of the building to earn an annual bonus which can rise up to 20% of the base pay
  • Improving the staff education and satisfaction ratios so that employees understand the WHY behind the HOW of their duties and are engaged in the community and the lives of their senior residents

Ideal candidates will bring:
  • Active Residential Facility Administrator (RFA) license through the Nevada Board of Examiners for Administrators of Facilities for Long Term Care (BELTCA)
  • Stable tenure in previous jobs
  • Track record of success as an operations leader in Senior Living, Assisted Living &/or Memory Care, including building teams, reducing Agency use, establishing strong programs for employee development, building lasting relationships with residents and families, developing great bonds with area referral sources, improving community rating, etc.
  • Outstanding communication style, expressing clear expectations, interacting comfortably with people from all walks of life 
  • Ability to stay organized and manage your time effectively, keeping priorities in mind while often being pulled in multiple directions
