What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2+ years of experience as a Senior Living Executive Director (Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care)

  • Strong sales and marketing background, with proven success supporting occupancy and revenue growth

  • Stable career tenure and a track record of commitment to prior employers

  • A mentoring leadership style—someone who leads by example and elevates team performance

  • Business-savvy professional with a clear ability to manage budgets, operations, and outcomes

  • Ability to demonstrate measurable accomplishments in previous roles
