What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop meaningful relationships with prospective residents and their families
  • Lead personalized tours and community presentations
  • Manage a consultative sales process from initial inquiry through move-in
  • Educate prospects on Life Plan Community benefits and entrance-fee contracts
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow-up strategy
  • Partner with community leadership to achieve occupancy goals
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey

What We're Looking For

  • Senior living sales experience required
  • Proven success in consultative, relationship-based sales
  • Experience managing longer sales cycles and closing high-value transactions
  • Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
  • Self-motivated professional with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals
  • Passion for serving older adults and their families
