Ashton Commons Senior Living is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Director to lead community sales efforts and continue the momentum at one of the Pittsburgh area's premier senior living communities.
Offering Independent Living, Personal Care, and Memory Care, Ashton Commons combines luxury amenities, exceptional resident experiences, and a collaborative leadership team that is committed to success.
What You'll Do
- Lead occupancy and census growth initiatives
- Conduct tours and guide prospective residents and families through the decision-making process
- Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, senior service organizations, and community partners
- Develop and execute marketing and outreach strategies to increase community visibility
- Manage the sales pipeline from initial inquiry through move-in
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and leadership team to achieve occupancy goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Previous senior living sales, healthcare marketing, or related sales experience preferred
- Experience with Independent Living, Personal Care/Assisted Living, or Memory Care is a plus
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build relationships and generate referrals
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Passion for helping seniors and their families during an important life transition
