About the Role
The Sales & Marketing Director will lead occupancy and census development efforts while building strong relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners throughout the market. This role is ideal for someone who is driven, relationship-focused, and passionate about helping seniors and families navigate the transition into senior living.
Qualifications
- Senior living sales or healthcare marketing experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with Independent Living, Personal Care/Assisted Living, or Memory Care preferred
- Organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
